Adam Montalvo

Adam Montalvo is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Executive Banquet Chef and Chef De Cuisine for Banquets and Special Events at Rosewood Miramar Beach since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Acme Hospitality from May 2021 to April 2022, and Sous Chef at Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito from October 2018 to May 2021. Adam also held Sous Chef positions at Hotel Californian and San Ysidro Ranch, and served as Chef De Partie at San Ysidro Ranch. Early in the career, Adam worked as a Line Cook at The Yale Club of New York City and as a Sous Chef at Oui Cater in New York City. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA and a Diploma in Classic Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center in NYC.
