Melissa Ratkovits is a seasoned professional in the wellness and spa industry, currently serving as the Director of Wellness Spa and Beauty at Rosewood Miramar Beach since January 2024. Melissa's extensive experience includes roles such as General Manager of a Multi-Unit Medi-Spa Studio at Restore Hyper Wellness, where Melissa excelled in business development and operations management. Prior positions include Spa Director at Hyatt Destination - Resort at Squaw Creek and Marilyn Monroe Salon & Spa at the Hyatt Regency Maui, both of which saw significant revenue increases under Melissa's leadership. Additionally, Melissa has held various managerial roles in high-profile establishments, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Spa Evangeline.
