Hussam Ali

Hussam Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as the Director of Modern Methods of Construction at ROSHN since October 2020. In this role, Hussam is transforming the project delivery model by implementing an integrated, product-based approach and developing strategies for industrialized construction in Saudi Arabia. Previously, Hussam held leadership roles at ROSHN, focusing on strategy and innovation, and at PwC, where management of a substantial housing project portfolio was key. Prior experience includes management positions at Alliance Construction and Arnaout Contracting Est., demonstrating a strong track record in project management and operations. Hussam holds a Master of Engineering from McGill University and a certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
