Khawar Khan

Khawar Khan, MRICS, currently serves in market research at ROSHN since January 2023. Prior to this role, Khawar was the Head of Research for Middle East, Africa, and Turkey at JLL MENA from August 2021 to January 2023. Previous experience includes a position in research and development for international parks and economic zones at DP World from July 2017 to July 2021 and Head of Research for the Middle East at Knight Frank Middle East from August 2013 to February 2017. Khawar began the professional career as a Property Economist at Capital Economics in 2012 and has also worked as an Economic Analyst at Davis Langdon, an AECOM Company, and a Senior Economist followed by an Economist role at Experian. Additionally, Khawar has academic experience as an Associate Tutor at the University College of Estate Management. Educational qualifications include an MSc from UCL and a BA (Hons.) from the University of Liverpool.
