Nasreen al-Dossary

Nasreen Al-Dossary currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ROSHN since November 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Nasreen holds notable positions including Nomination & Remuneration Board Committee Member at both American Express Saudi Arabia and Alistithmar Capital, and General Manager Human Resources & Chief Happiness Officer at The Saudi Investment Bank. Previous roles include Vice President - Head of Human Resources at JP Morgan and HR Senior Consultant at Tatweer Educational Transportation Services. Nasreen has also been the President & CEO of The Leaders in Management Consultancy and held various roles at Saudi Aramco and SAMBA Financial Group. Nasreen completed a Leadership Transition program at INSEAD in 2020 and holds a Master's Degree from the University of Hull.
