Nilesh Deshpande

Nilesh Deshpande is a sustainability expert currently serving as the Associate Director of Sustainability Performance at ROSHN since October 2023, leading a team focused on sustainability issues across various project types. Previously, Nilesh held the position of Head of Sustainability at Egis, where strategies for decarbonization were developed, and served as Senior Manager of Sustainability at Majid Al Futtaim, managing the implementation of the group's sustainability and ESG strategies. Nilesh also has experience as Sustainability Manager at KEO International Consultants, Senior Consultant at AESG, and Project Manager at LSquare Solutions, among other roles. Nilesh holds a Master of Science in Building Services Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, an Executive MBA in Energy Management from the National Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from Shivaji University, with ongoing studies at Imperial College Business School.
