Daniel Bajolet has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel is the Founder and General Manager of RoSi SAS, where they focus on the recovery and valorization of kerf of PV silicon and end-of-life panel recycling. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Advisor for a French startup in biomass valorization and also acted as a co-founder of RoSi SAS. Daniel was also an Independent Advisor for the CEOs of two major Chinese companies, providing expertise in silicon metal manufacturing, solar silicon manufacturing, and silicone. Before that, they worked as a Senior VP at Rhodia, where they were in charge of worldwide operations and technology for the Fine Organic and Silicone divisions. Daniel also held the position of Senior VP of Manufacturing at Rhone Poulenc / Rhodia, where they managed industrial strategy and performance reviews. Earlier in their career, they were the CEO of ICMD and served as the Industrial Director at Rhodia Silicones. Daniel Bajolet is currently pre-retired and involved in international strategic consulting missions.

Daniel Bajolet attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1966 to 1970. During this time, they pursued a degree in Mécanique, Electricité, Automatismes and successfully earned a Diplôme d'Ingénieur. Twenty years later, in 1986, they enrolled at I.C.G. and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General in 1987.
