Christian Van Haute has a diverse and extensive work experience. Christian co-founded UPR Belgium in 2001 and served as the General Manager, leading the company to become a prominent player in the PR & communication industry, catering to global brands in fashion, lifestyle, consumer, and corporate sectors. As the Regional Business Developer Manager at Siemens ATEA, they played a pivotal role in developing the business for VoIP technology. Prior to that, at Siemens ATD Germany, Christian worked as an International Project Sales & Project Manager, where they were responsible for acquiring and managing airport projects while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Christian began their career at ADB Siemens Zaventem as a System Engineer, focused on designing and managing remote control systems for airfield lighting, participating in global discussions and presentations.

Christian Van Haute earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida, Gainesville, USA, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Christian pursued this degree from 1994 to 1995. Prior to their MBA, Christian completed a Baccalaureate in Business Economics from KUL Leuven in Belgium, studying Business/Managerial Economics from 1991 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from KIHA Antwerp/hoboken, Belgium, with a focus on General engineering studies, particularly Electro-mechanical/automatization. Christian pursued their industrial engineering studies from 1987 to 1989.
