Herbert A. Stockschlaeder ll has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on strategic channels, ingredients, and product development. Herbert A. worked at Rosina Food Products, Inc. from 2003 until the present, initially as the Director of R&D and Strategic Channels before becoming the Director of Strategic Channels and Ingredients. In these roles, they led teams responsible for culinary research, regulatory compliance, and ingredient sales. After high school, they pursued their passion for culinary arts and attended the New England Culinary Institute from 1987 to 1989, earning an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts. Building on their culinary skills, they then attended Erie Community College from 1990 to 1992 and obtained an A.A.S. degree in Dietetics. Herbert A. furthered their education in the field of business administration, attending Hilbert College, where they earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Additionally, throughout their career, Stockschlaeder has obtained various certifications. In 1992, they became a Dietetic Technician - Registered after completing the requirements set by the Commission on Dietetic Registration - Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2005, they obtained the Certified Research Chef certification from the Research Chefs Association Certification Commission. In 2013, they achieved the Certifed Internal Auditor - BRC certification from the British Retail Consortium - BRC.
