Maria Naddennaya

Maria Naddennaya has a degree in Law from the Lomonosov Moscow State University and certification in Strategic Management from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and in HR Management from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is also qualified as a Tax Advisor.

In 2021, Maria joined the Rosinter Restaurants team. Previously, she worked as a head of legal departments at such major nationwide companies operating in the telecom, retail, and manufacturing industries as Skyline, Rostelecom, Svyaznoy, and MIXIT. She has an extensive experience in organizing business units from scratch, optimizing and automating legal departments business processes, rolling out electronic document flow system management, legal support of current operations and implementing comprehensive projects, building and developing teams of law professionals.

At Rosinter, Maria is in charge of comprehensive legal support of the company’s activity, ensuring compliance with requirements of the current legislation, identification and minimization of legal risks, protection of rights and legal interests at courts and in dealings with state authorities, implementation of corporate procedures, and development of compliance function.
