Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco

Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco has played an important role in the development of the modern restaurant market and restaurant culture in Russia and in the former Soviet republics. He is one of the founders of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia, and the author of the book Dream About Russia. How to Make It a Reality? (www.russia-dream.ru). In 1981, he founded Rostik International CA in Venezuela, which he headed as its President. He was the founder of Focus, an exclusive CIS distributor to Kodak from 1988 till 1995 with a total of 400 photography businesses during the period. Mr. Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco is one of the founders and Director of Video Express and Bradly, which from 1983 till 1990 held exclusive distribution rights to Walt Disney products in Venezuela.

In 1981, he graduated from Simon Bolivar University, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
