Kimberly Gonzalez

Kimberly Gonzalez currently serves as the R&D Manager at Roskam Foods since May 2024. Previously, Kimberly held positions as R&D and Regulatory Manager and Research and Development Specialist at Organic Milling from October 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Food Technologist at Saratoga Food Specialties from December 2018 to September 2021, and serving as Event Coordinator for the CSLA Food Science & Technology Association from 2017 to December 2019. Kimberly's earlier roles included Mixologist at The Wharf on Main Street and Bartender at Lucky Strike. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from California State University, Los Angeles, alongside various certifications in food product labeling, food extrusion, and flavor development.
