Peter has held various leadership positions at Roskam Baking Company and Access Business Group, where Peter has demonstrated expertise in sustainability, operations, technical services, food safety, and quality. Peter obtained their MS and BS in Microbiology, Biology, and Chemistry from South Dakota State University.
