Lisa Mello

Lisa Mello is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in quality management systems within the cell therapy and bioprocessing industries. Currently serving as the Director of QA - Quality Systems at RoslinCT since June 2023, Lisa has previously held similar leadership roles at RoslinCT (formerly Lykan Bioscience) where responsibilities included optimizing QA processes and building teams to support various quality initiatives. Prior to this, roles at GE Healthcare and Lantheus Medical Imaging involved managing quality documentation and product quality investigations, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lisa’s early career included analytical and quality control positions at PCI Synthesis and other organizations. A graduate of Salem State University, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry.
