Udo Giegerich

Udo Giegerich has a diverse work experience. Udo currently serves as the Managing Director at Rosneft Deutschland GmbH since August 2023. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Advisory Council Mitte at Commerzbank AG starting from January 2019.

From August 2021 to May 2023, they held the position of Executive Board Member / Chief Financial Officer at CORESTATE Capital Group. Before that, they worked at Uniper as the Executive Vice President / Group Finance & Investor Relations from January 2016 to July 2021.

Udo Giegerich also has experience as the Head of Supervisory Board at Rhein-Main-Donau AG from September 2016 to July 2018 and as a Senior Advisor / Corporate Finance at Bankhaus Metzler from June 2015 to December 2015.

From January 2011 to June 2015, they served as the Managing Director / Chief Financial Officer at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Treasurer at BIG Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. from November 2009 to December 2010.

In November 2007, they joined BAWAG P.S.K. as the Managing Director / Head of Group Controlling and Investor Relations, staying until September 2009. Udo Giegerich also has previous experience at OMV, where they held the roles of Division CFO Gas & Power from February 2006 to October 2007 and Group Treasurer from February 2003 to January 2006.

Udo Giegerich completed their Abitur at Gymnasium Donauwörth in 1988. Udo then pursued a Diploma/Master degree in Wirtschaftsmathematik from Ulm University, which they completed in 1993. In 2000, they participated in an Executive Education program in Corporate Finance at INSEAD and in 2006, they attended another Executive Education program in Strategic Finance at IMD.
