Anton Chernobay

Anton Chernobay has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anton started their career in 2002 as a Legal Specialist in consulting companies. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at TNK BP, first as a Legal Counsel and then as the Deputy Director of Legal and later Head of Legal. In these roles, they managed a team and provided legal support to several subsidiaries. In 2013, they joined Rosneft as a Legal Counsel, where they focused on upstream, construction, and procurement legal support. In 2016, they became the Head of Legal at JV (Rosneft and BP). Throughout their career, they have been involved in contracts drafting, correction, evaluation, and negotiations.

Anton Chernobay attended Tyumen State Institute of World Economics, Management and Law from 1994 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a specialist degree in Jurisprudence with a focus on general direction. Additionally, they pursued studies at the University of Calgary from 1996 to 1998, although it is not specified if they completed a degree or the field of study.
