Artem Kuzaev

Artem Kuzaev has extensive work experience in the oil industry, primarily with Rosneft. Artem began their career in 2015 as an Assistant Driller, responsible for assisting in drilling operations. Artem then progressed to becoming a Well Workover Crew Foreman, ensuring the quality of well repairs and adherence to safety regulations.

In 2016, Kuzaev advanced to the position of Well Workover Technologist, supervising 30 well workover crews and contributing to work optimization. Artem also had a brief role as a Hydraulic Fracturing Master at Petro Welt Technologies AG, overseeing fracturing operations and ensuring safety compliance.

From 2018 to 2019, Kuzaev served as the Head of the Well Repair and Development Section at Rosneft, overseeing 30 crews and focusing on safety regulations and innovative methods in well repair.

Most recently, Kuzaev held the role of Chief Specialist of the Region for Repair and Development of Wells After Drilling at Rosneft. In this position, they supervised contractors for various well-related tasks, such as hydraulic fracturing, well repair, well development, and well stimulation. Artem also handled work planning, geological and technical measures, and brigade scheduling.

Artem Kuzaev pursued their education in the field of oil and gas. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2019, Kuzaev enrolled at Samara State Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Oil and gas well drilling and well service.
