Daria Philippova

Daria Philippova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daria is currently serving as the Deputy Head of Business Development Direction at Rosneft since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the Institute of Certification of Quality Management Systems from 2012 to 2019 as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Supervisory Director. Their responsibilities included developing and leading CPI programs, project leadership for various quality management and certification initiatives, as well as delivering LSS trainings.

Before that, Daria worked at Xerox as a Channel Marketing Unit Manager from 2008 to 2012, where they focused on developing and implementing channel strategies, managing partner programs, and executing marketing campaigns. Their earlier experience includes working as a Partner Alliance Manager at OTR from 2007 to 2008 and as a Partner Manager at Specialniye Resheniya i Sistemi from 2003 to 2007.

Daria obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ISMA, Informacijas Sistemu Menedzmenta Augstskola. Daria attended the school from 2022 to 2026.

Prior to their MBA, Daria pursued a second university degree in Economics/manufacturing industry at Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). Daria attended the university from 2008 to 2011.

Daria's earliest educational experience was at State Service University, where they obtained a graduate degree in Management. Daria attended the university from 1997 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Daria has also obtained several certifications. Daria holds certifications in Six Sigma Champion, Corporate Trainer, Agile Project Management Fundamentals, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt. These certifications were obtained from the Management & Strategy Institute in different years.
