Evgeny K. has a strong background in corporate governance, legal support, and M&A deals. Evgeny has extensive experience in leading and managing teams, as well as negotiating with high-ranking executives. Evgeny has worked at companies such as Rosneft, Shtokman Development AG, and Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System. At Rosneft, they initiated and led various M&A deals worth millions of dollars and provided legal and operational support to subsidiaries. At Shtokman Development AG, they served as the Head of Division for shareholders relations.
