Ilya Zhitnikov

Ilya Zhitnikov has work experience primarily at Rosneft, starting in 2018. Their roles include Technician, Oil and Gas Production Operator, Specialist, and Lead Planning Specialist. Ilya has demonstrated skills in project planning, resource management, and utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Additionally, they have experience in hydraulic calculations and preparing various reports.

Ilya Zhitnikov completed their education in a chronological order. Ilya first attended Siberian Federal University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Oil and Gas Fields Development. During the same period, in 2019-2020, they also received professional retraining in Management of Innovative Projects and Engineering Developments in the Oil and Gas Industry from the same university.

Following their undergraduate studies, Ilya pursued further education at the Industrial University of Tyumen (IUT) from 2022 to 2025. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Expertise and Analytics in the State Audit and Control.

In addition to their formal education, Ilya Zhitnikov obtained a certification in Internally and Externally Communication Skills from the Consulting Center "Rezon" in November 2021.
