Maxim Kryazhkov

Manager \ Development For Oil & Gas Production (upstream) at Rosneft

Maxim Kryazhkov has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Maxim began their career at Kvaerner in 2009, where they worked as a Procurement Specialist and later as a Subcontract Coordinator for the Sakhalin-1 Arkutun-Dagi Field Development project. Maxim'sresponsibilities included managing tender arrangements, contract awards, and purchase orders, as well as overseeing subcontract administration and post-award activities.

In 2011, Maxim joined Rosneft, where they held the position of Senior Specialist in Development for Oil & Gas Production (Upstream). Here, they were involved in various project management activities for major development projects such as Suzun, Tagul, Lodochnoye, Messoyakha, Kyumba, Russkoye, Yurubcheno-Tohomskoye fields. Maxim also conducted feasibility studies and acquisition activities for projects like Taas-Yurakh, Kondaneft, and Vostok oil project.

Throughout their career, Maxim Kryazhkov has demonstrated expertise in integrated asset modeling, conceptual asset design, prospective planning, and dealing with oil and gas production subsidiaries. With their versatile experience in project management and procurement, they have proven himself to be a valuable asset in the oil and gas industry.

Maxim Kryazhkov received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) in 2008. Maxim then pursued their Master's degree in Oil and Gas Management from the same university, completing it in 2010. Recently, from 2016 to 2019, they obtained another Master's degree, this time in Petroleum Engineering, from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University).
