Maxim Safin

Maxim Safin has a strong background in strategic planning, business analytics, and project management. Maxim served as the Head of Planning and Pricing policy for Corporate R&D Institutes at Rosneft, where they were responsible for strategic planning, investments, business planning, reporting, and analytics. Prior to that, they worked at URALSIB Bank as the Head of Strategic planning and Project management Division, where they played a key role in designing and implementing the bank's strategic business model and supporting various business units. Maxim also worked at Uralsib as the Head of Division of Investments and Process efficiency and as the Head of Dept. Planning and analyzing of business effectiveness at Retail bank. Throughout their career, Maxim Safin has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, business modeling, project management, and market research.

Maxim Safin attended Ufa State Petroleum Technological University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a specialist degree in Mathematical methods in economics.
