Rafael Miftakhov

Rafael Miftakhov's work experience starts in 2009 when they worked as an Assistant to the Executive Director at Geolimp. Rafael then moved on to Stroytransgaz, where they worked as a Planning Engineer from March 2012 to September 2012. After that, they joined PM Expert as a Project Planning Manager from September 2012 to May 2013. Rafael then worked at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics as a Teacher from September 2014 to February 2015. Next, they joined EY as a Senior Consultant from June 2013 to May 2015, where they were involved in various IT projects and the development of methodologies. Following that, they worked at Gazprom Neft as a Project Planning Manager from May 2015 to May 2016. Rafael then worked at Technological Engineering Holding "PETON" as a Planning and Reporting Team Leader from September 2016 to August 2017. Finally, they joined Rosneft as a Manager in Methodology and IT, where they led IT projects related to capital construction from August 2017 to March 2019.

Rafael Miftakhov began their education in 2009 at Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute), where they earned a Specialist degree in Project Management. In 2013, they continued their education at NIU VShE (GASIS) for Professional Retraining in Industrial and Civil Construction. Their most recent educational achievement is a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute), which they obtained between 2019 and 2022, specializing in Strategic Management.
