Manager Total Rewards at Rosneft

Stanislav Churbakov has extensive experience in the field of Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits. Starting in 2011 at Sibur, they designed and implemented a unified sales variable remuneration system and established an employee assessment and incentive payment system. Stanislav also replicated and maintained the BOSS-Kadrovik HR and payroll system at company's enterprises.

Moving on to Rosneft in 2014, Stanislav took on the role of Manager Total Rewards. At Rosneft, they designed and implemented various systems including job evaluation, base salary and variable pay, monthly bonuses, and variable remuneration for continuous improvement efforts. Notably, they successfully implemented job evaluation in seven enterprises and base salary and variable pay systems in fifteen enterprises. Overall, Stanislav's work has made a significant impact by improving compensation structures and incentivizing performance across multiple organizations.

Stanislav Churbakov obtained their Master's degree in Economics from Tomsk State University. Stanislav achieved this academic milestone between the years 2002 and 2007.
