Tanja Pabst

Tanja Pabst has a diverse background in finance and consulting. Tanja is currently the Head of Operational Controlling Europe at Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rosneft as an Inventory and Pricing Analyst, where they were responsible for creating refinery performance reporting and conducting variance analysis. Tanja also worked as a Supply Finance & Volume Control Analyst at Rosneft, overseeing volume controlling and reporting for the PCK refinery and several terminals. Before joining Rosneft, Tanja had an internship at BMW Group and worked as a Consultant at EY. Tanja also served as an Assistant Commercial Manager at Rolls-Royce.

Tanja Pabst began their education in 2007 at Technische Hochschule Wildau, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration. Tanja successfully completed their degree in 2011.

Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2014 to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Accounting and Controlling. Tanja completed their master's degree program in 2016.
