Aleksander Mrugala

Aleksander Mrugala has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Aleksander started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Davis Environmental Labs, Inc. in 2002, where they handled office duties, invoicing, and lab reporting.

Aleksander then moved on to The Warranty Group in 2006, where they initially served as a Customer Service Representative and later took on roles as an Internal Account Representative and Assistant Supervisor. In these positions, they focused on customer and client services, invoicing, cash application, and user acceptance testing of a new contract management system.

Mrugala joined James Hardie in 2011 and held various positions over the years. Aleksander began as a Customer Service Representative and advanced to become a Pricing Administrator I & II, responsible for maintaining pricing records, customer pricing programs, and providing pricing-related reporting to sales and management. Aleksander also handled customer master data records and customer EDI records.

Aleksander then transitioned into the role of a Pricing Specialist, where they were involved in accurate maintenance of pricing records, addressing pricing-related issues, and supporting product launches. Subsequently, they became a Financial Analyst II, where they designed and maintained financial reporting and forecasting tools, provided revenue analysis for discounting programs, and led annual price increase planning and modeling for the North American business.

Currently, Mrugala serves as a Pricing Analyst and leads annual price increase planning and modeling for the North American business at James Hardie. In this role, they continue to provide financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support to drive strategic business decisions.

Aleksander Mrugala completed their high school education at Lane Technical College Prep High School from 1996 to 2000, obtaining a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Northeastern Illinois University, starting in 2000 and graduating in 2006. In addition, they pursued studies in Computer Science at City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College from 1998 to 1999, although no specific degree was mentioned.
