Yakov Belov

Yakov Belov has work experience in various roles and companies. Yakov started their career as a Wellhead Operator at Rosneft in September 2016 and later became a Production Geologist. Yakov then worked as a Senior Specialist and a Leading Specialist before being promoted to Chief Specialist. In 2021, they joined JSC Zarubezhneft as the Head of Direction. Prior to their time at Rosneft, Yakov worked as a Driller Assistant at both Rosneft and Drilling Systems, Russia. Yakov also had a role as a Technologist Assistant at LUKOIL and worked as a Manager at Pradar from 2011 to 2013.

Yakov Belov has an education history that spans multiple institutions and degrees. Yakov attended Heriot-Watt University from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in petroleum engineering. During the same period, they also studied at Tomsk Polytechnic University and obtained a degree in "Степень магистра" (Master's degree) in the field of "Разработка и эксплуатация нефтяных и газовых месторождений" (Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields). Prior to these degrees, from 2009 to 2014, Yakov Belov attended Российский Государственный Геологоразведочный Университет (Russian State Geological University) and earned a "Диплом специалиста по инженерной специальности" (Diploma of Specialist in Engineering) in the field of "Инженер по бурению нефтяных и газовых скважин" (Engineer in Oil and Gas Drilling).
