Megan Olney is a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in product management and business analysis. Currently at Rosnet since January 2018, Megan manages and prioritizes the Product Backlog and Roadmap, designs product requirements with a user-centric approach, and facilitates Agile ceremonies using JIRA and Zendesk. Prior to this, Megan served as a Business Analyst at AgriLogic Insurance Services, where responsibilities included defining project requirements and creating website mock-ups. Megan's earlier career at MSTS spanned roles as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, and Customer Service Representative, showcasing a diverse skill set in stakeholder communication, project management, and software testing. Megan holds an MBA in Leadership from Ottawa University and a degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University.
