Chad Colman

Chad Colman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) management, sustainability, and business process improvement. Currently serving as Corporate EHS Manager at Ross Environmental Services, Inc., Chad manages EHS compliance at a hazardous waste treatment facility, overseeing various regulatory frameworks including RCRA and the Clean Air Act. Previous roles include EHS Compliance Supervisor, Receiving Operations Manager, and Corporate Risk & Loss Supervisor, where Chad spearheaded sustainability initiatives and operational efficiency. Additionally, Chad has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Prescott College and Green Mountain College, teaching courses in Sustainability Strategy and Operations Management. Chad holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices and an MS in Environmental Science, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Baldwin Wallace University.
