Ben Fong

Ben Fong has extensive experience in allocation strategy, currently serving as Director of Allocation Strategy and Director of Allocation Assortment at Ross Stores, Inc. since January 2011. Fong's career at Ross also includes roles as Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Analyst, Analyst, Senior Allocator, and Allocator. Prior to joining Ross, Fong worked at Costco Wholesale from June 1997 to December 2010, where positions included Assistant Buyer, Inventory Control Specialist, and Warehouse Operations. Fong holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cal State East Bay, earned between 2003 and 2007, as well as a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Nutrition from California State University - East Bay, completed between 1997 and 2001.
