Carin Hubins

Carin Hubins currently serves as Vice President of Loss Prevention Technology at Ross Stores, Inc., having joined the company in March 2011. In this role, Carin is accountable for the development of cross-functional digital strategies and the execution of the Loss Prevention technology portfolio, including oversight of Video Management Systems, Access Control Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems. Carin’s prior roles at Ross include Sr. Director and Director of Loss Prevention Technology, where significant contributions involved project management methodologies, strategic planning, and the management of Physical Intrusion Prevention Programs. Earlier experience includes positions at Aon eSolutions, where Carin served as Sr. Project Manager, and Tradepoint Solutions, as Product Manager, in addition to various managerial roles at Restaurants Unlimited and Hillstone Restaurant Group. Carin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Denver.
