Edward G. Cannizzaro

Former Global Head of Quality, Risk, and Regulatory for KPMG International from 2018 to September 2022 and a member of the Global Management Team; Risk Management Partner for KPMG LLP in the U.S. from 2016-2018 and Board member of KPMG LLP and KPMG Americas from 2014 to 2018. Additional positions held at KPMG included Lead Engagement Partner and Partner-in-Charge of Audit for the Western United States, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles. Mr. Cannizzaro was admitted to the partnership in 1994. He also held various client service roles with increased levels of responsibility at KPMG from 1983-1994.
