Liz Garrett

Liz Garrett serves as the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Ross Stores, Inc. since October 2013. Previously, Garrett held the position of Group Vice President, HR Retail and Field at SUPERVALU from June 2006 to May 2013, overseeing HR functions for a substantial workforce across numerous retail locations and distribution centers. Previously at Albertsons-Drug Division, roles included GVP, HR Retail and Talent Development, and VP of Human Resources. Early career experience includes positions such as Director of Human Resources at American Stores Company, Inc. and Manager of Compensation at American Drug Stores. Liz Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Northwestern University.
