Mike Montagna

Mike Montagna currently serves as Manager I of Cross Dock DC IT Operations at Ross Stores, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, including Vice President of Information Systems and Director of Information Systems from February 1996 to March 2023. In these roles, Mike directed technology design and implementation during a significant renovation, managed day-to-day communications with construction teams, and collaborated with senior leadership on strategic IT planning. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, earned between 1985 and 1989.
