Stella Romanov

Stella Romanov currently serves as Zone Director at Ross Stores, Inc. since 2024, overseeing operations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Prior to this role, Stella Romanov held various leadership positions at Target from 2010 to 2023, including Group Vice President, where $3.5 billion in annual revenue was delivered while overseeing up to 12,000 team members across 70 sites in the Carolinas. Stella Romanov’s extensive experience also includes roles as District Senior Director, Store Team Leader, Food Business Partner, and Executive Team Leader - Hardlines, each contributing to significant business growth and team engagement. Stella Romanov’s academic background features an MBA in International Business and a BA in French from Florida International University, along with additional studies in French language and culture at leading European institutions.
