Chris Roberts has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Chris started their career as a Software Designer at Nortel Networks in 1997 and worked there until 2009. Chris then joined Ericsson as a Software Architect from 2010 to 2015. At Ericsson, they gained valuable experience in designing and developing software systems.

In 2015, Chris joined Cisco Systems as a Scrum Master. In this role, they facilitated scrum ceremonies and provided mentorship and coaching to a team of software developers. Chris also had expertise in Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.

From 2016 onwards, Chris worked at Ross Video. Chris initially served as a Technical Product Manager, leading a team of software developers and testers in the development of the Overdrive product, which is a broadcast production automation system used globally. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of R&D, where they transitioned their multi-product team into Agile (Scrum) methodologies and focused on building the right products for customers with technical excellence and increased development efficiency. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of R&D at Ross Video.

Chris Roberts attended Dalhousie University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
