Order Admin Co-ordinator Technical Services at Ross Video

Heather Gardiner began their work experience in 1988 with Nestlé, where they held various roles including Production Clerk, Quality/Lab Technician, and Accounting Clerk. Heather then worked at Odonto from 1994 to 2000, where they served as a Payroll & Benefits/Human Resources employee and later as an Accounting Clerk. In 2000, they joined Procter & Gamble as a DAFC Line Technician/Line Shift Leader, and later took on the roles of Production Planner and Warehouse Line Shift Leader/Key User. Heather joined HFI Pyrotechnics Inc. in 2021 as a Site Production Scheduler before moving to Ross Video, where they currently serve as an Order Admin Co-ordinator for Technical Services.

Heather Gardiner has a diverse education history. In 1984, they obtained their OSSD from North Dundas District High School. Then, from 1997 to 2000, Heather attended the University of Windsor, where they pursued Human Resources courses with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 1999, they also took a college prep Chemistry course at St. Lawrence College.

More recently, in 2019, Heather completed a Lean Yellow Belt program at LEANADVISOR, specializing in Lean Manufacturing. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Becoming a Manager Your Team Loves," "Careers in Supply Chain and Operations," "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," "Lead Like a Boss," "Logistics Foundations," "Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Strategies in SAP," "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners," "Supply Chain Foundations," "Supply Chain and Operations Careers: Certification Tips and Tricks," and "Supply Chain and Operations Management Tips." Most of these certifications were obtained in January 2021. Heather also has certifications in "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)," "Excel: Introduction to Charts and Graphs," "Managing for Results," and "SAP ERP Essential Training (2018)," which they completed in December 2020.
