Manuel Paredes Otero

Manuel Paredes Otero has extensive work experience in the broadcast industry. Manuel started their career in 1990 as an Ingeniero de Proyectos at PESA Electronica, where they worked on various projects for Antena 3 TV, including the main facility in Madrid and OBVans. Manuel then joined Antena 3 TV as a Service and System Engineer, where they were responsible for maintenance and the setup of regional centers. In 1996, they joined PHILIPS BROADCAST as a Service & System Manager, overseeing the maintenance of BTS equipment in Spain, Portugal, South America, and Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa. In 2001, Manuel joined Grass Valley as a Key Account Manager, later becoming the Regional Sales Manager for Iberia. Manuel managed major customers such as TVE, TVG, and Canal Satelite Digital. In 2016, they joined Ross Video as the Regional Sales Manager for Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

Manuel Paredes Otero pursued their education in a chronological manner. Manuel started their academic journey in 1977 at the Instituto Politecnico Santa Maria del Castillo- Buitrago, where they obtained a Tecnico Especialista degree in Electronics de Comunicaciones in 1982. Following this, from 1982 to 1987, Manuel attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in TV & Sound Engineering. Later in 2000, they enrolled at INFOVA and completed a Master en Dirección de Personas program.
