Ramon Jongsma has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ramon started their career at KPN in 2006, where they worked as a Helpdesk Medewerker for the entire year. In 2007, they joined Building4Media as a Support Engineer, where they were responsible for answering e-mails and phone calls regarding technical problems with the company's software and hardware. Ramon also analyzed and diagnosed technical issues with Fork Software. Ramon Jongsma completed their primary education at Fivelcollege from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they studied Electrotechnology and received a degree in Vocational Education (VBO). Following their graduation from Fivelcollege, Ramon pursued higher education at alfa college from 2000 to 2005. At alfa college, they focused on the field of ICT and earned a degree in ICT management, specifically as a Medewerker Beheer ICT at the MBO 3 level.
