Travis Wigley has over 19 years of experience in the broadcast industry. Travis started their career at Channel Nine South Australia as a Project Engineer, where they focused on system and workflow design for HD ingest and presentation. Travis also designed and built interconnecting equipment and software to automate manual tasks. Additionally, they managed the administration of the station's Broadcast and office LAN.

After their time at Channel Nine, Travis joined Techtel as a Broadcast Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for scoping, planning, and designing broadcast systems, including studio, presentation, and transmission. Most recently, Travis served as the Manager of Technical Sales - Asia Pacific at Ross Video. In this role, they managed a team of 5 Broadcast Engineers, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the regional Technical Solutions Architects. Travis led the hiring, motivation, and management of the team, including recruitment, leading team meetings, scheduling tasks, approving work, monitoring progress, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating team members. Travis also completed performance reviews.
