Aseem Dhru

Mr. Aseem Dhru is an Independent Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of the Company on November 12, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H. L. Commerce College, Gujarat University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He was previously associated with HDFC Bank Limited as a group head and was a director on the board of HDB Financial Services Limited and HDFC Securities Limited. He is currently the chief executive officer and managing director on the board of Small Business FinCredit India Private Limited.
