Lui, leads the quality function and oversees the information technology functions of Rossell Techsys.

Lui, is a DGCA certified aircraft maintenance engineer on Boeing 737-200, Hawker Siddeley - 748 and Alouette III helicopters and a qualified ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor. He is a graduate mechanical engineer and a qualified aeronautical engineer. During his service in the Indian Air Force, key appointments held includes Chief Engineering Officer Transport Aircraft Base, Senior Engineer Presidential Fleet of Aircraft and Senior Engineer (Aircraft) MRO. He has vast experience in setting up production and MRO facilities for aircraft overhaul.

In his previous role at the State Government of Victoria, Australia, Business Office, India team, he was responsible for identifying business opportunities. His main role was to advise key players in the Australian Aviation & Aerospace vertical on their India market entry strategies.
