Guilherme Bier Barcelos

Guilherme Bier Barcelos serves as the Diretor Presidente of the Associação Gestora do Fundo Patrimonial da Faculdade de Direito da UFRGS since April 2024, focusing on establishing an endowment to support the institution's infrastructure. Simultaneously, Guilherme has been a Sócio at Rossi, Maffini, Milman & Grando Advogados since February 2018, specializing in Corporate Law. Previous experience includes being a Sócio at Bier Barcelos Advogados from October 2016 to January 2018 and at Scarparo & Barcelos Advogados from April 2010 to March 2016. Academically, Guilherme is pursuing a Doctorate in Commercial Law at USP - Universidade de São Paulo (2020-2023), holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2015-2017), and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same university (2005-2009).
