Jon Segovia de Celaya

Jon Segovia de Celaya has extensive experience in leadership and organizational management, currently serving as a Professor of People Development and Change Management at Deusto Business School, along with roles as a coach, opinion columnist for EL CORREO, and managing partner at Onean Boards, Coolligan, and SOLARPACK. Previously, Jon held various leadership positions including General Director for South America at Applus+ and General Director for Cono Sur at Soluziona Consulting within the Unión Fenosa Group. An academic with advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Yale University, Jon holds a Doctorate in Business Organization from Universidad del País Vasco and has a strong foundation in environmental engineering and biochemistry.
