Nathaniel Underwood has experience working as a Custodial Lead at Ozark School District from January 2013 to September 2019, where Nathaniel was responsible for custodial, maintenance, grounds, and security oversight for North Elementary. Nathaniel then moved on to become a Plant Operations Manager at TOWNSHIP SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY from September 2019 to July 2020. Currently, Nathaniel is the Facilities Manager at Rossman School since July 2020.

Rossman School is a coeducational preparatory school for students age 4 through Grade 6. Nestled on a 20-acre campus, Rossman provides a solid foundation in academics, athletics and the arts while emphasizing strong character development. An 9:1 student-teacher ratio allows our experienced faculty to develop personal, nurturing relationships with each child, and a small community of one class per grade provides a close, supportive climate. Through careful attention to the whole child, Rossman prepares students for responsible citizenship, meaningful participation, and strong leadership in a global society.
