Miroslav Sedláček

Miroslav Sedláček is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, onboarding, and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Rossum since January 2024, Miroslav ensures the effective delivery of onboarding plans and continuously improves customer-onboarding processes. Previously, as the Director of Customer Support and Success at Inline Manual, Miroslav was responsible for enhancing customer service and success strategies, leading teams, and driving customer retention.
