Romana Sevcikova has extensive experience in People Operations, spanning various companies and industries. Romana is currently the Head of People Operations at Rossum since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Manager at Panoramic from April 2020 to December 2020, focusing on hiring strategies, team growth, and cultivating a positive recruitment culture.
