Nikita Maltsev

Nikita Maltsev has over 8 years of work experience, starting in 2011 with Russian Railways as a Senior Cost Design Manager. Nikita then moved to the Russian Federal Space Agency, where they served as the Head of Cost Design Department from 2015 to 2016.
