Rick Riesterer

Rick Riesterer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick started their career at Signicast Corporation as a Customer Support Representative from November 1992 to July 1997. Rick then moved on to Gardner Bender as a Regional Sales Manager for the Everest Enclosure Division, covering 5+ states in the Midwest, from July 1997 to July 1998.

In 1998, Rick joined Engineered Products as a Sales Representative, where they served as an Independent Manufacturing Sales Representative for various principals across different commodities. Rick managed over $15,000,000 in annual business until October 2005.

From October 2005 to May 2019, Rick worked at Rosti Group as a Manager of Business Development. During this time, they played a key role in driving sales and marketing activities, achieving growth objectives, and overseeing multi-location injection molding facilities across Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Utah.

Rick's most recent role was as Director of Sales and Marketing at Rosti Group, a position they held from May 2019 to January 2022. Rick was responsible for all sales and marketing activities and growth objectives, including expansion into new manufacturing locations in Europe and Asia.

Currently, Rick holds the position of Director of Sales and Marketing North America at Rosti Group, following their acquisition by the Swedish company. Their role entails overseeing sales and marketing activities and identifying opportunities for existing and new customers.

Rick Riesterer attended the Lubar College of Business from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Their chosen field of study within the program included Marketing and Industrial Relations.
