Karen Griggs Medley

Karen Griggs Medley has extensive experience in operations, project management, and job networking. Currently serving as the Job Networking Coordinator at Roswell United Methodist Church since July 2014, Karen manages events, communications, and financial spreadsheets for a faith-based ministry. Previously, Karen was an Executive Assistant at ADT Security Services LLC, supporting high-level executives and working on special projects. As a Senior Project Manager with Beltmann Integrated Logistics, oversight of retail service divisions was provided, ensuring project goals were met within budget. Karen also held the position of Vice President Operations at Run N' Shoot Athletic Center, where foundational operational procedures were established, and was a District Manager for both Movie Gallery and Movie Stop, managing multiple locations and optimizing sales and operations. Karen earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Oakland Community College.
